Sim reservations
Terms and Privacy Notice
These terms apply when you reserve a Fanatec racing-sim session at a Fanatec / CORSAIR booth. This is a session reservation. It is not a contest or giveaway. No purchase is needed to reserve a session.
Who we are
The reservation service is operated by CORSAIR Memory, Inc. (“CORSAIR”, “Fanatec”, “we”), a Delaware corporation at 115 N. McCarthy Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035, USA, for the Fanatec brand.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to reserve a session. Reservations are for individual visitors. We may refuse or cancel a reservation if we cannot lawfully offer the session to you, including where trade sanctions apply. Restricted destinations include Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Libya, the Republic of the Congo, Somalia, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Your reservation
- One active reservation per email address. After that session ends you may book again.
- Sessions last the time shown on the reservation page. Staff assign you to the first open sim.
- Arrive at the desk by your start time and show your confirmation. Late arrival may forfeit the slot.
- Staff may cancel, move, or shorten a session if a sim is down, the booth closes, or you do not arrive.
- Sessions are provided as-is. We do not warrant a specific game, result, or hardware setup.
- Do not use automated or scripted booking. We may cancel those reservations.
Booth Waitlist Privacy Notice
We will use your name and email address to manage the booth waitlist and notify you when it is your turn to visit the booth. We process this information based on our legitimate interest in operating the waitlist and managing attendee visits efficiently.
If you choose to opt in, we will also use your email address to send you post-event product updates and promotional emails. You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us at data.controller@corsair.com.
We will delete waitlist-only information shortly after the event unless we need to keep it for a limited period for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

Security
We use technical and organizational measures meant to match the risk of this booth reservation. That includes access limits and industry-standard hosting. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, CORSAIR, its affiliates, and booth staff are not liable for loss or injury from using a sim or from a cancelled or moved reservation, except where we cannot exclude that liability (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in California have exclusive venue for disputes about these terms, except where a mandatory consumer or data-protection law in your country says otherwise. GDPR and other privacy laws still apply to how we process personal data.
